A courtyard to play in, a play barn for rainy days, a handcart in the storeroom and the beach a kilometre away: Polder72 is made for families.
The courtyard belongs to all guests - for playing, a picnic or the sunset from the bench.
The barn has table tennis, table football, ride-on cars and bouncy animals. After playing they go back under the stairs.
A cot, high chair and children’s tableware are part of every apartment, plus toys, books and a handcart for the beach.
The farm is on a private lane in the polder - there is no through traffic.

What we are often asked.
Is there a cot and high chair?
Yes, most apartments come with a travel cot and a high chair. Please bring your own bed linen for small children.
What can children do when it rains?
On the farm there is the play barn with table tennis, table football, ride-on cars and bouncy animals. In Bensersiel liegen die überdachte Sandspiellandschaft Bennis Abenteuerland and die Nordseetherme.
Is the farm safe for small children?
There is no through traffic, but the farm is a real farm: it is surrounded by water ditches, and the barn wing invites climbing. Supervision therefore stays with the parents.
Which apartment suits five or six people?
„Here“ has three bedrooms and two bathrooms for up to six guests. „Mauricius“ offers a purpose-built loft bed for up to four children, „Tanne“ an attic studio with a play corner.
